Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and implementation for new enterprise customers
• Build, deploy and optimize features integrating customer systems with Gradial’s LLM platform
• Develop reusable tools, adapters and configuration layers for enterprise onboarding
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements and iterate in real time
• Work with product and engineering teams to incorporate field learnings into the core roadmap
• Own performance, reliability and maintainability of shipped solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering or technical implementation experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript or similar programming languages
• Strong understanding of APIs and systems integration
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI pipelines, and agent-style automation frameworks
• Demonstrated experience working with enterprise customers
• Ability to understand unfamiliar technical ecosystems like CMS and DAM
• Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting or technical solution engineering experience
• Experience in internal tools engineering
