About the role
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage FortiGate Firewalls across multiple retail outlets
- Configure and manage FortiAnalyzer for comprehensive monitoring and reporting
- Manage centralized firewall administration using FortiManager
- Implement firewall policies, VPNs, security profiles, and access controls
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve network and security incidents
- Support compliance rollout and security standardization activities
- Coordinate with infrastructure and project teams during implementations
- Maintain detailed documentation, reports, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Fortinet Security solutions
- Deep expertise in FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiManager
- Strong understanding of enterprise network security principles
- Proven experience with firewall HA, policy management, VPNs, and logging
- Strong troubleshooting and implementation skills
- Experience working in retail or large-scale enterprise environments
