Senior Float Sales & Service Representative (Universal Banker)

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship results relative to assigned metrics and goals.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach and community involvement.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value to customers and colleagues by uncovering sales or referral opportunities.
• Manage the fulfillment of deposit accounts, payment solutions, and digital access products.
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage operational, regulatory, and legal risks.
• Ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (or 6 months of experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank).
• Valid driver's license (position requires frequent driving to other offices and customers).
• Financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Ability to apply a structured sales process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in telephone sales or retail banking.
