About the role
Responsibilities
- Create first-person animations aligned with visual language and game design constraints
- Produce high-quality keyframe animations using various video references
- Process and enrich motion capture data for animation systems
- Adjust animation data with high precision for game engine requirements
- Export and integrate animations in collaboration with technical and programming teams
- Test, analyze, and review animation systems directly in-game
- Collaborate with animators, technical directors, and designers to meet quality and schedule goals
- Take ownership of the final in-game feel
Requirements
- Solid experience in gameplay animation for video games
- Proven expertise in 3C animation and first-person (FPS) animation systems
- Excellent mastery of motion capture data processing
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality standards
- Collaborative approach and ability to find compromises for complex problems
- Flexibility to manage production adjustments
- Understanding of technical constraints related to game engine integration
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of MotionBuilder
- Participation in a published AAA game
