About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle ownership of requisitions from initial intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct structured intake sessions, set search strategies, and provide market intelligence
- Build proactive talent pipelines through direct outreach, Boolean search, and various professional networks
- Manage agency partnerships effectively and autonomously in alignment with industry standards
- Deliver a high-quality, professional, and transparent candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Track and own key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and pipeline conversion
- Ensure all hiring activities adhere to employment law, EEO requirements, and internal audit standards
- Construct competitive, legally sound offers and negotiate with candidates using market data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a competitive college or university
- At least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within fintech, financial services, or a highly regulated technology company
- Proven track record of hiring for technical roles (software engineering, data, infrastructure) and business-critical roles (compliance, risk, finance)
- Proficiency with an enterprise ATS (Greenhouse or equivalent) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to work non-standard US business hours to accommodate international searches
- Ability to manage 15–25+ open requisitions simultaneously with measurable outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment law, EEOC standards, and compensation compliance
- Experience managing international searches
- Experience with compensation benchmarking platforms such as Radford
- Experience building or refining structured interview frameworks (e.g., STAR, behavioral competency grids)
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR/talent certification
