Responsibilities

• Maintain daily reconciliation rates across core subledgers including loan management, merchant payments, and deposits
• Deliver data support for month-end close by providing accurate subledger-to-GL tie-outs
• Act as the sole tester for all finance-impacting system changes and new product launches through UAT
• Monitor and resolve automated reconciliation workflow failures and scheduled bot issues
• Operationalize AI-assisted finance processes by defining repeatable validation protocols
• Maintain a prioritized testing backlog for SaaS integrations and new bank products

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial operations and subledger reconciliation
• Deep familiarity with month-end close data quality and investigation
• Proven ability to manage UAT scenarios and audit-ready documentation
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting
• Experience integrating AI tools like Claude or Copilot into workflows
• Experience building or testing AI agents in a finance or accounting context
• Strong cross-functional communication skills for Engineering and Finance audiences
