Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and other Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Business Systems, and Analytics to drive data and automation initiatives
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor financial and operational performance
• Automate recurring finance processes and enhance data workflows using AI tools and data visualization platforms
• Support financial system implementations and upgrades through data migration, mapping, and testing
• Deliver analytical insights and maintain documentation to enable self-service reporting across the Finance organization

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in data analytics, financial systems, finance operations, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
• Proficiency with SQL and experience using Python for analytics, automation, or process improvement
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite, Workday, or Zip
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences
