Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Support the preparation of the company’s annual operating budget
• Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial reports to department managers
• Track expenses and revenues against budget, performing reforecasts and analyzing fluctuations
• Develop financial statement analysis and decision modeling to support strategic initiatives
• Create, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of financial reporting processes
• Communicate financial information effectively to colleagues and leadership across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 3-5 years of progressive financial experience working collaboratively with operational or support functions
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong critical thinking abilities
• Ability to manage fine details while maintaining a big-picture perspective

• Experience working with SAP
