Senior Financial/Cost Controller

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly/quarterly closing and annual budget planning processes.
• Monitor actuals versus plan, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective measures.
• Manage P&L ownership by analyzing all cost lines, including intercompany recharges.
• Develop and maintain detailed production cost models, including unit and product costs.
• Identify cost drivers and optimize levers for efficiency gains and margin improvement.
• Manage global transfer price monitoring to ensure transparency.
• Strengthen cost control processes, financial governance, and internal controls.
• Improve data quality and automation within finance tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management control, financial controlling, or FP&A.
• Strong exposure to cost controlling, ideally within the financial services sector.
• Proven experience managing and analyzing complex P&Ls.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Experience with BI tools is considered a strong asset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior and non-financial stakeholders.
