Senior Financial Cost Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration and analysis of labor forecasts for programs
• Develop complex performance reports and variance analyses
• Provide financial performance insights and recommendations to senior management
• Lead the development of complex strategic and operating plans, including Estimates at Completion (EACs)
• Develop complex business cases to support program objectives
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, forecasting accuracy, and financial controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience performing financial analysis
• 3+ years of experience with Estimates at Completion (EACs), forecasting, resource planning, and cost management
• Proven ability to build strong business relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Long-Range Business Planning (LRBP), Earned Value Management (EVMS), or cost performance analysis
• Experience in estimating, contracts, pricing, or proposal development
• Ability to lead financial analysis for complex programs or large-scale projects
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
