Senior Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of OPEX controlling, focusing on personnel and HR-related costs across the organization
• Drive FTE and salary planning during budgeting and forecasting cycles to ensure workforce cost accuracy
• Prepare and present headcount analyses, forecasts, and reports for senior management and key stakeholders
• Partner with HR and department leads to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
• Analyze business cases, evaluate financial risks, and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and reconciliations
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives using digital tools and AI solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Controlling, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or HR/Personnel Controlling
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost center management, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools or Finance/HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into business recommendations
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a dynamic, international, and fast-growing environment
• Familiarity with HR information systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
