Senior Financial and Technological Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and assist in selecting consolidation tools such as SAP Group Reporting, OneStream, Oracle, Tagetik, or Workiva
• Draft IT roadmaps and oversee the implementation of chosen financial solutions
• Modernize financial information systems and restructure reporting tools
• Support the application of new financial and extra-financial standards (IFRS, CSRD, Solvency 2, Basel 3/4)
• Manage change through user training and technical support
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including planning and committee organization

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top business or engineering school, or University degree in Finance, Accounting, Consolidation, or IFRS
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or within a corporate environment focusing on accounting, consolidation, or audit
• Proficiency in consolidation tools (e.g., SAP BFC, OneStream, Tagetik, Oracle) and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills, synthesis ability, and a collaborative mindset
• Mandatory English proficiency at a B2 level (both written and oral)
