Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary analyst for measuring the financial performance of individual product lines
• Review and challenge cost analysis for manufacturing processes, products, and equipment
• Develop and implement tools and methods for cost planning, cost analysis, and controlling
• Validate the maintenance of cost planning data within SAP
• Perform periodic analysis and reporting of operating results for product lines
• Identify, calculate, and plan revenues and cost components for transmissions
• Monitor Profit Center reporting and Profitability Analysis results
• Partner with production departments to determine the cost impact of manufacturing process changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering (MIE)
• Minimum of 6+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Proven experience in project leadership and complex problem-solving
• Functional leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding peers
• Ability to work independently and remain goal-oriented
