Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budget preparation, reviews, and supporting documentation
• Analyze budget variances and provide explanations
• Review profit and loss and balance sheet statements to support operational efficiencies
• Manage month-end data, variances, and capital/asset investment programs
• Lead business initiatives for cost improvement and reduction
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for Senior Management
• Ensure internal controls comply with Corporate Policy and Directives
• Communicate cost center spending and variances to other departments
• Create business cases and models for new business acquisition and sales quoting

Requirements

• Accounting or Finance Degree
• 5-7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst
• 85-95% bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Proactive approach and dedication to teamwork
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Knowledge of SAP or QAD systems is a plus
