Responsibilities

• Develop monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, material costs, labor costs, and manufacturing variances
• Build financial models to evaluate pricing, capital investments, and capacity utilization
• Partner with operations leaders to identify cost savings and process improvements
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or manufacturing analytics
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Epicor ERP
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Workday Adaptive Planning
• SQL and database reporting experience
