Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Store Labor Payroll costs across approximately 800 North America stores
• Budget and forecast Store Payroll expenses for the organization
• Perform weekly financial reviews and analysis of payroll expenses to identify opportunities to optimize costs and maximize profit
• Structure clear and concise analysis and communications regarding key financial issues for leadership
• Partner cross-functionally with Store Operations and other departments to influence profit-impacting actions
• Manage key business reporting deliverables and undertake special ad hoc projects, including sensitivity and "what-if" analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3-5 years of relevant Finance or Accounting experience within a Retail environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated leadership capability and executive presence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet strict deadlines
