Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support new product innovation, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
• Consolidate Vantive’s capital budget by coordinating with Regions and Functions for Plan, Forecast, and Actual reporting.
• Coordinate with FP&A COE teams on financial planning processes, including the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecasts.
• Deliver clear variance analysis against plan, forecast, and prior year results, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct strategic ad hoc reporting and financial analysis to evaluate business performance and support leadership decision-making.
• Support Finance leadership in process improvements, policy development, and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build clear, decision-oriented analyses.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical capabilities, solid accounting knowledge, and well-developed business acumen.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build effective partnerships across functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE), Planful, or similar financial systems.
