Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reporting packages for leadership, highlighting key performance and profitability drivers.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis against budget and forecast to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with functional leaders to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Own budgeting templates for assigned areas and build rolling forecasts to support the annual operating budget.
• Develop scenario models to evaluate financial impact, assess risk exposure, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Manage capital expense budgets, forecasts, and project-level cost tracking.
• Design and enhance analytical tools and dashboards to improve financial visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2-3 years of business experience with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, SumIf, Lookups, and Linking.
• Superior analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines in a high-volume setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Experience with Oracle PBCS (Hyperion).
