Senior Financial Analyst, Treasury

Responsibilities

• Improve transparency on global cash positions, funding needs, and risk exposures through consistent reporting and automated KPIs.
• Perform data-driven financial and reconciliation analysis on cash flows, payment volumes, and safeguarding balances.
• Design and enhance safeguarding and client money controls, including account segregation and daily reconciliation workflows.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define reconciliation requirements and shape scalable data models.
• Drive process standardization and automation to reduce manual intervention and operational risk within Treasury.
• Provide ad hoc support for firmwide initiatives such as new banking partners, regulatory changes, and product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or similar).
• 3-5 years of analytical experience within the Fintech, Financial Services, or Internet industries.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing and extracting insights from very large datasets.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, autonomous, and startup-style environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of financial markets, banking/payment products, and accounting standards.
• Experience with programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio.
