Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management
• Assist with annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting for CAPEX and OPEX
• Perform variance analysis between actual results and budgets, recommending corrective actions
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions and capital investments
• Analyze manufacturing costs, including standard costing and inventory revaluation
• Track KPIs and operational performance metrics such as yield and gross margin
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to drive financial best practices and operational efficiency
• Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting processes and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, macros)
• Strong proficiency in financial concepts, modeling, and analysis
• Familiarity with manufacturing cost accounting and cost allocation principles

• Experience working with Oracle or similar financial software
