Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build scalable financial processes across FP&A and business analytics
• Own analysis of key metrics including patient engagement, visit economics, and reimbursement trends
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape capital and investment decisions
• Drive operational discipline through accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide financial analysis to evaluate commercial deals and partnerships
• Surface risks and opportunities through deep dives into partner performance
• Prepare materials for leadership and Board-level financial reviews

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or a related role
• Experience with dimensional modeling in FP&A platforms (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive, Cube, or Mosaic)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including managing complex logic
• Ability to translate messy data into clear financial conclusions
• Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker, BigQuery)

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with healthcare metrics
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup setting
• Experience using Sage Intacct or comparable general ledger software
