About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain central financial datasets, spreadsheets, and master account hierarchies used for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Implement automation solutions to increase team efficiency and streamline processes.
- Prepare and present complex financial data through meaningful data visualization for management.
- Act as the primary liaison with the main technology support team.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Implement continual improvements to reporting and processes to meet evolving business requirements.
- Build effective relationships with key partners across Finance and Technology departments.
Requirements
- University degree in business, finance, or an equivalent field.
- Proven experience working with large datasets and databases.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with VBA coding.
- Strong knowledge of financial and management reporting principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines during month-end and quarter-end.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with data visualization and automation tools.
