Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial planning, forecasting, and analytical activities for the Consumer business unit
• Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and business partnership
• Independently own major planning processes and develop financial frameworks
• Provide strategic and operational finance support to senior business stakeholders
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5–7+ years of progressive finance experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with complex financial modeling skills
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ability to translate complex financial data into concise insights for executives

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced finance credential
• Experience in revenue, pricing, margin, or go-to-market focused organizations
• Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar enterprise financial systems
• Background in technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, or consumer electronics
• Experience leading or mentoring finance team members
