Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform Accounting & Reporting (ATR) activities for the CEMEA region
• Ensure transactions are recorded and reported in compliance with US GAAP
• Perform monthly consolidation for CEMEA ensuring accuracy of consolidated ledgers
• Prepare monthly commentary for P&L and Balance sheet movements
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations in a timely manner
• Review and advise on complex accounting matters and technical accounting analyses
• Drive efficiency through automation of business processes
• Assess financial impact of changes to accounting policies and procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
• Hands on experience with US GAAP
• Exposure to consolidations and technical accounting analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• 7-10 years of relevant accounting and reporting experience in a multi-national company
• Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
