Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own and manage company-wide consolidated P&L reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual data consolidation across business units in alignment with corporate standards.
• Build, optimize, and automate recurring financial reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Rebuild and streamline legacy financial models and reporting structures for better scalability.
• Conduct variance and trend analysis to support U.S.-based FP&A teams.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles through model maintenance and data preparation.
• Identify opportunities to standardize reporting workflows and lead process transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or controllership support.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling (VBA/macros is a plus).
• Strong experience in financial consolidation and managing large data sets.
• Experience working with planning systems (Anaplan preferred) and ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and corporate reporting structures.
• Proven ability to drive automation and improve complex financial processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
