Senior Financial Analyst - Reporting and Consolidation

Responsibilities

• Review and consolidate financial data for various group entities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including notes
• Produce compliance certificates and reports for stakeholders
• Ensure consolidated results comply with financial covenants
• Prepare annual forecasts and monitor capital expenditures (CAPEX)
• Manage accounting for newly acquired or created entities
• Evaluate complex transactions and draft accounting documentation
• Collaborate on external audits and coordinate the audit process
• Participate in updating accounting policies and EPM system implementation
• Maintain and optimize reports in consolidation and reporting tools
• Identify and recommend process automation improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA designation required
• Over 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Expertise in consolidation and multi-entity accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consolidation tools such as CCH Tagetik or Hyperion
• Experience with Microsoft D365 ERP systems
