Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual financial results, including analysis related to prior-period services
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support near-term and long-term strategic planning
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business drivers into actionable financial insights
• Prepare executive-level presentations, variance analyses, and performance summaries for leadership
• Support strategic initiatives through ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling
• Leverage AI-enabled analytics and automation tools to streamline financial analysis and improve reporting accuracy
• Contribute to systems, reporting, and process enhancements to improve efficiency and data quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights and trends clearly to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with large-company financial systems and planning tools (e.g., Oracle, Tableau, Cognos TM1)
• Experience with automation or AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Co-pilot, n8n, Power Automate)
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or Business Analytics
