Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of month-end close for the Qantas Airlines segment
• Work with Finance Business Partners to build annual budgets and refresh monthly forecasts
• Prepare related reporting for the Qantas Airlines segment
• Deliver high-quality financial insights and actionable commentary for senior stakeholders
• Consolidate inputs from multiple business units

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualifications (CA/CPA qualified)
• 5+ years of experience in a financial accounting role
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• High attention to detail with large volumes of complex data
• Strong analytical skills and a questioning mind
• Ability to work under time pressure and reprioritise tasks
