Senior Financial Analyst, Ops Finance

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to manage labor, automation investments, and operational efficiency across large-scale manufacturing and pharmacy fulfillment facilities.
• Mine data to identify opportunities to improve fixed cost structures and unit economics.
• Build end-to-end ROI models for new equipment and evaluate automation investments.
• Own purchase order and headcount approvals to ensure spending aligns with financial plans.
• Develop financial plans and operational metrics to guide labor allocation and investment prioritization.
• Build dynamic financial models to evaluate the impact of CapEx investments and process changes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial and operational processes as the operation scales.

Requirements

• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance or a related analytical field.
• 4+ years of experience manipulating large data sets using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with undefined problems.
• Strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and a track record of delivering results through collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with SQL, Python, or Looker.
