Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic financial partner to the Auth0 Product & Developer Led Growth organization
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes, including controllable spend and key metrics
• Prepare budget vs. actual variance analysis and relevant reporting
• Lead analysis on key drivers and evaluate operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with controllership on accruals and the close process
• Manage the Auth0 Consolidation process
• Perform technology software reporting and analysis
• Lead process and systems improvement projects to support company scaling
• Support senior management with frequent ad hoc projects and long-range strategic planning

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of FP&A experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Proficiency with FP&A systems (Anaplan or Workday preferred)
• Proficiency with AI tools in workflows (Claude Code or Gemini preferred)
• Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
• Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Slides skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, Big 4 accounting, or investment banking experience
• Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or high-tech organization
