Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to support Worldwide Sales regarding pricing and rebate strategies
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Pricing, BU Finance, and Operations teams
• Proactively monitor weekly deal flow to highlight large-impact offers or atypical pricing structures
• Generate accurate rebate forecasts and align with Accounting and BU Finance for margin modeling
• Develop key performance measurements and dashboards to evaluate pricing effectiveness
• Analyze large datasets across multiple platforms to synthesize insights and drive business decisions
• Maintain high standards of data quality and consistency across all standard reports and group projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Sales Finance, or Sales Operations, specifically with pricing data analytics and modeling
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering (MBA is a plus)
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel and the MS Office suite
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, SAP, SQL, or Tableau
• Proven track record of using AI tools for data analysis, modeling, and reporting workflows
• Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to convey complex business insights
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience managing contra-revenue, rebate, or channel incentive programs
• Background in semiconductor, hardware, or channel-driven business models
• Experience automating finance workflows using Python or SQL
• Exposure to pricing strategy within high-growth or rapidly scaling environments
