Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L consolidation reporting to support leadership decision-making.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to provide actionable insights for the Converse transformation agenda.
• Orchestrate and execute monthly forecasting and reporting processes across various geographies and P&L dimensions.
• Partner with global functional and geographic leaders to interpret financial results, trends, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities through scenario analysis.
• Streamline business planning processes and tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Finance, Accounting, Strategic Planning, or similar).
• 3+ years of professional experience, preferably within a Fortune 500 company.
• Expert-level Excel skills and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for delivering influential presentations.
• Strong understanding of P&L structure, accounting fundamentals, and month-end close mechanics.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, BI, or Tableau.
• Background in the retail or manufacturing industry.
