About the Company

Mytra is creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for this $1T market, focusing on the supply chain industry.

Responsibilities

• Run the annual planning cycle and quarterly reforecasts end-to-end
• Build bottoms-up departmental budgets and manage the corporate plan
• Own the finance side of the cost-down roadmap, partnering with hardware and supply chain teams
• Act as a finance partner to functional leaders, translating operating decisions into financial impact
• Build and maintain the integrated three-statement model (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow)
• Perform actual-to-forecast and actual-to-budget variance analysis
• Partner with the controller through the monthly close process

Requirements

• 4–8 years of progressive finance experience at a hardware company (robotics, automation, industrial equipment, etc.)
• Hands-on experience driving cost reduction programs like BOM cost-downs and supplier negotiations
• Proven track record of partnering with non-finance leaders in engineering and operations
• Ability to build clean, flexible, and auditable Excel models
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
