Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner for an assigned business channel
• Own the full FP&A cycle including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage quarterly budget forecasts and monthly variance reporting
• Maintain and improve the efficiency of the 17-week cash flow forecast
• Audit GL account activity and identify financial anomalies
• Design, build, and maintain databases of pertinent financial information
• Develop ad hoc financial reports to support leadership decision-making

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including financial modeling and complex formulas
• Comprehensive understanding of financial statements and accounting relationships
• Strong command of financial metrics and cash flow management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Experience using NetSuite accounting software
• Experience using Workday Adaptive Insights planning tool
• Experience working cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders
