Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Freight and Distribution leaders with forecasting volume, labour, and cost inputs
• Deliver month-end analysis, variance reporting, and actionable insights
• Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting on logistics KPIs
• Build models to support operational and financial decision-making
• Analyze monthly freight spend, carrier performance, and cost drivers
• Own monthly accruals and invoice reconciliation
• Support RFQ processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Track and analyze tariffs, duties, and additional import costs
• Monitor and assess policy changes and trade agreement exposure
• Collaborate with Trade & Customs Compliance on product valuation and duty draw back

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Experience in supply chain finance preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with complex modelling skills
• Strong analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week in Etobicoke
