Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analytical tasks including research of variances in month-end, forecast, and budget
• Prepare monthly forecast analysis covering event analysis, non-event revenue/expense, CapEx, and fixed costs
• Prepare monthly forecast packs and collaborate with regional finance teams on weekly flash reporting
• Identify and diagnose data quality issues impacting financial reporting and budgeting
• Participate in the annual budget process, including historical analysis and presentation preparation
• Lead the accounting team during month-end to provide analysis on CM and fixed cost variances
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Execute ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of comparable professional work experience
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with database software
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
