Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support project accounting and finance functions including cost control, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable
• Manage payroll and HR process workflows, including hiring, transfers, and terminations
• Maintain purchasing workflow internal controls and troubleshoot vendor or payment issues
• Execute intercompany and client billing processes to ensure accurate cash management
• Review costs, budget structures, and exception reports to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Identify and adjust forecast and budget issues within cost reports
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Compliance Programs, EEO, and labor laws at the project level

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of financial or data analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or an equivalent degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Sole US citizenship is required to obtain site badge access
• Ability to access all parts of a construction site in various climates and environments
• Ability to work onsite in Aiken, SC (this is not a remote or hybrid position)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Excel functions including Pivot Tables and V-Look Ups
