Senior Financial Analyst

About the Company

Imbibe is a dynamic, high-growth food and beverage development company based in Niles, Illinois. We specialize in developing, creating, and manufacturing beverage flavors, ingredient systems, and finished food and beverage products.

Responsibilities

• Support a disciplined month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and trial balance review
• Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, dashboards, and variance analysis
• Drive automation, AI-enabled tooling, and ERP/data integrations
• Build financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support leadership decisions on investments and pricing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis
• Experience in manufacturing, CPG, or operationally complex environments
• Advanced Excel and Power BI experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or MBA
• Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience
• SQL and Adobe Workfront knowledge
• Comfort using AI-enabled tools
