About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor, control, and analyze OPEX and CAPEX budgets to ensure compliance with company financial guidelines and annual planning.
- Analyze monthly budget execution, evaluating variations, deviations, financial impacts, and associated risks.
- Develop and interpret financial analyses regarding expenses, investments, and provisions to identify optimization opportunities.
- Support internal departments in the preparation, review, and prioritization of budget requests.
- Consolidate financial data and prepare periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and improve analytical models, sensitivity studies, and financial projections.
- Create and evolve management reports and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
- Monitor the physical and financial evolution of CAPEX projects, including milestones, disbursements, and reclassifications.
- Contribute to monthly accounting closing processes by verifying provisions and reconciliations.
- Propose and support continuous improvement initiatives and the automation of budgetary management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Solid knowledge of budget control processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and financial closing processes.
- Ability to consolidate complex information and produce high-level management reports.
- Proficiency in Power BI and application development.
