Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives
• Collaborate with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making
• Perform complex financial analysis to achieve business objectives and forecast financial results
• Design and implement automated reporting frameworks to reduce manual processing time
• Drive process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain finance
• Oversee analysts across multiple sub-functions and provide mentoring to lower-level employees
• Ensure strong internal controls, SOX compliance, and data governance

Requirements

• Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, or accounting
• Advanced Excel expertise and strong financial modeling skills
• Proficiency with SAP applications
• Experience in financial data management and data governance
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
• Advanced analytical and AI capabilities for variance insights and anomaly detection
• Experience with Business Intelligence and finance data analytics tools
