Responsibilities

• Become the BOM subject matter expert; analyzing changes and reporting variances
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership regarding BOM costs and impacts
• Lead strategic BOM initiatives by partnering with Engineering to understand financial tradeoffs
• Partner with Engineering leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and compiling targets for BOM and future programs
• Analyze engineering change orders (ECO) as a member of the Change Review Board (CRB)
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Engineering to ensure BOM data integrity
• Continuously improve BOM management processes and tools
• Perform ad hoc analysis to transform data into actionable insights for leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 5+ years of relevant Finance experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
