Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial results across business units and geographies to deliver an accurate and timely Group view
• Analyze business unit submissions to ensure consistency and integrity of group-wide financials
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and presentations for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee
• Develop high-impact management dashboards, KPI tracking tools, and variance analyses
• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process for Group consolidated financials
• Provide planning and analysis support for head office functions such as HR, IT, and Legal
• Act as a finance partner to Group function heads to support cost management and value creation
• Contribute to the enhancement of FP&A processes, models, and tools across the Group

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 6–10 years of experience in FP&A
• At least 3 years in a Group FP&A or corporate finance role within a diversified organization
• Strong expertise in financial consolidations and inter-company structures
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Hyperion is preferred
