About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive Budget vs. Actuals analysis and forecast precision through data-driven modeling
- Support monthly forecasting, reporting, and preparation of management and Board materials
- Build and maintain financial models and reports for revenue and cost drivers
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, R&D, and G&A leaders to enable data-driven decision-making
- Improve operational infrastructure and automate financial planning processes
- Manage ad hoc projects and evolving financial priorities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting
- High-growth technology company experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to build complex models from scratch
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets
- Strong communication skills for distilling financial insights for stakeholders
- Proficiency or comfort using AI tools like Claude or Gemini to enhance workflows
