Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and functional stakeholders to plan, forecast, and manage operating expenses.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accurate consolidation of financial results across business units.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to develop a cohesive view of financial performance and meaningful reporting narratives.
• Facilitate the annual planning process, including timeline coordination and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and continuously improve financial models, planning tools, and reporting templates.
• Identify key trends, risks, and business drivers to provide proactive analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Implement continuous process improvements across finance and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in a finance position.
• Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), specifically in operating expense management and consolidation.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining dynamic, scalable financial models.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or CCM (Certified Cash Manager) certification.
