Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with North America Sales and Operations leadership to monitor trends, communicate performance, and drive strategic decisions.
• Drive business outcomes by translating commercial and operational questions into actionable analysis.
• Lead process improvements and leverage AI tools to automate complex financial workflows and scale enterprise tooling.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cadence, partnering with Accounting to support the close process.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to define and maintain key business KPIs.
• Support forecasting, business planning, compensation planning, and budget-vs-actuals analysis.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Operations, or Data Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Demonstrated competency with relational databases such as Snowflake and SQL.
• Knowledge of LLMs and agentic coding platforms.
• Experience with Linux command line and version control (Git/GitHub).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or high-growth technology sectors.
• Working knowledge of emerging interoperability standards such as Model Context Protocol.
