Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
• Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models and forecasting tools
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present key findings to senior management
• Analyze trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Perform research and financial/investment due diligence on private and public assets, including early-stage companies, VC funds, and real estate
• Evaluate investment opportunities and support capital allocation decisions
• Prepare financial/investment due diligence reports for internal and external clients
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist in scenario and sensitivity analysis for key business drivers
• Monitor economic, industry, and market trends
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation modeling, and integration planning

Requirements

• CFA Charterholder (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency with financial planning software and ERP systems
• Investment due diligence experience with both public and private companies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
