Responsibilities

• Assist the VP of FP&A with updating OpEx templates and departmental KPI scorecards
• Partner with Accounting to review month end close details and ensure proper accruals
• Research and provide explanations on budget versus actual variances
• Collaborate with department owners to understand vendor costs and invoice accuracy
• Contribute to sales, margin, and inventory receipt projections
• Monitor requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor invoices against budget
• Prepare financial cost projections for new vendors and technology platforms
• Formulate ad-hoc analytics using various data sources
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Proven time and multiple task management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel, or consumer sectors
• Advanced competency in Excel and PowerPoint
• BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting
