Senior Financial Analyst, Enterprise Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings
• Reconcile financial data and prepare supporting schedules for SEC filings
• Assist in drafting footnote disclosures and Management’s Discussion & Analysis (MD&A)
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly close processes, including consolidating journal entries
• Support SOX compliance efforts through internal control documentation and audit support
• Conduct technical accounting research regarding new accounting standards and SEC regulations
• Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures
• Prepare standard monthly and quarterly reporting for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 4-6 years of accounting or auditing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Big 4 public accounting experience
• CPA certification
• Knowledge of Hyperion
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with process improvement techniques
