Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead development of annual budgets and long-range forecasts for operating and capital expenditures
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, and long-term contractual commitments
• Provide financial oversight and administration of Public-Private Partnership (P3/PPP) agreements
• Analyze lifecycle spending against contractual requirements and asset management plans
• Serve as the primary finance partner to Operations leadership, providing actionable insights
• Conduct variance analysis to explain actual results versus budget and contractual expectations
• Utilize OneStream and NetSuite for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards for financial and operational KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 2-3 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or contract management
• Experience with Public-Private Partnership (P3/PPP), infrastructure, or government contracts preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• CPA designation (completed or in progress) is preferred
