About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly financial variances and review key performance indicators to ensure accurate reporting for the insurance solutions segment
- Execute quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting activities to provide leadership with clear financial trajectories
- Provide detailed insights into monthly revenue trends and collaborate with finance colleagues to improve reporting accuracy
- Build and maintain advanced data visualizations using Power BI to transform financial data into business insights
- Utilize Microsoft Fabric and Power Query to integrate diverse datasets
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure timely submission of financial information
- Prepare financial models, executive-level presentations, and supplemental materials to support strategic decision-making
- Manage ad hoc reporting requests and high-priority special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Query
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet strict deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in Public Accounting
