About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze monthly financial variances and review key performance indicators to ensure accurate reporting for the insurance solutions segment
  • Execute quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting activities to provide leadership with clear financial trajectories
  • Provide detailed insights into monthly revenue trends and collaborate with finance colleagues to improve reporting accuracy
  • Build and maintain advanced data visualizations using Power BI to transform financial data into business insights
  • Utilize Microsoft Fabric and Power Query to integrate diverse datasets
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure timely submission of financial information
  • Prepare financial models, executive-level presentations, and supplemental materials to support strategic decision-making
  • Manage ad hoc reporting requests and high-priority special projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or forecasting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Query
  • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to leadership
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in Public Accounting
